I am looking for information about my Uncle, Charles Ronald Briggs. He died of wounds in while in Korea on March 5th, 1952. The cercumstances are vague, but I've heard he was killed by artillery fire while he was out getting fuel for soem sort of heater. I don't know if that will ring a bell with anyone.
I am looking for any information with respect to hisa career in the Marines, and would like very much to speak with someone who knew him and served with him overseas.

Comments: Hello. I am looking for any Korean Vet that may have served with my father during the war. My father was with the 5th Marines, 1st division, Baker Co. His name is Edward (Nick) Falconio. He was wounded on May 31st, 1951. My mother needs information about my fathers experience on this date when he was wounded because the V.A. has lost all of my fathers records and my dad has since died of complications stemming from those injuries. If anyone can help us we would appreciate it. My dad was the greatest man I have ever known. He truely was my hero. Thank you. Sincerely, Mayr Ann Winslow.
